1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and jl460 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl460.club ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

jl460 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Any winnings accrued by ineligible players shall be forfeited in their entirety.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on jl460, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jl460 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC Verification: jl460 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
• Account Accuracy: The name on your jl460 account must exactly match the name on your verified payment method and government ID. Mismatched accounts will be suspended pending review.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jl460 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The Platform supports GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard as approved payment methods.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is subject to the limits published on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within standard business hours and are subject to identity verification and applicable wagering requirements. jl460 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC or fraud review.
• Currency: jl460 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All deposits are settled in PHP at the prevailing rate where applicable.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Transaction Fees: jl460 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which jl460 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jl460 offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable promotional terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• jl460 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or the use of automated strategies, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all related funds.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the jl460 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable rules before wagering.

• jl460 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-dealer streams to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jl460 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Decisions made by jl460's gaming system in real-time are final. Bets placed after a game round has concluded are void.
• For sports and event betting, results are determined by the official outcome at the time of settlement. jl460 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl460 Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws (AMLA) or related regulations.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Providing false registration information or impersonating another individual.
• Any conduct that jl460, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, threatening, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

Violation of any prohibition above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure reminders and maximum session durations.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from jl460 is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl460 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions, downtime, or errors in the Platform caused by factors outside jl460's reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service partners.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl460's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

jl460 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

jl460 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and KYC/AML service providers where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

12. Termination

jl460 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination, any eligible real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player following satisfactory KYC verification, unless the termination results from fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case jl460 reserves the right to withhold such funds.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jl460 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

14. Amendments

jl460 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where amendments are material, jl460 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
